Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
Check-in in time is strictly 15:00 - 18.30. Late check-in can be arranged at an additional fee, between 18:30–21:00 for GBP 30 and between 21:00–23:00 for GBP 50. For arrivals after 23:00, guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost starting at GBP 50.
A minimum security deposit of GBP 400 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

台北市國民黨籍議員李新，今（28）清晨自位於台北市大安區安和路一段的前妻住處、一棟14層樓高的大樓墜下，當場頭部破裂傷重不治。消息一出震驚各界，讓許多黨內同袍驚呼不敢相信，同時深感不捨。而名嘴蔡玉真聽聞噩耗後表示「怎麼可能！？」並指出這起墜樓案疑點重重。
蔡玉真稍早在臉書po文錯愕直呼「怎麼可能！？」，並表示被這則新聞嚇到了。不過，她也指出李新墜樓有疑點，「是在前妻住處，那郭小姐（指現任女友)......」，且李新墜樓時身上沒有證件、遺書，也讓她質疑「新聞好短，好怪，沒有原因的墜樓......」
網友紛紛留言「心痛，難過，不捨」、「他心中一定有事，因為已好久不見他上電視......」，由於李新近期免疫力下降感染「皮蛇」，也有網友指出『皮蛇』皰疹若是陽性，醫生治療即可。若是陰性，患者非常痛苦，有生不如死的感覺。」
